sonos “Deezer Start Radio” cycles through titles but plays nothing

The only option to control Deezer within my Sonos system is to do it within the Sonos app. when I do that and I attempt to play a song and start the radio function under Deezer within the Sonos app it continuously cycle through titles but plays no music

 

i’m looking for a solution that fixes this problem,

Why was the thread closed? Unfortunately, the problem still exists. If you select “start radio” for a music track in the Sonos app, all tracks are skipped without being played.

 

When will it be fixed?
